Preparation
Cooking over the Big Green Egg creates an intense grilled flavour through the use of natural charcoal and continuous heat circulation. This keeps the meat exceptionally juicy and tender while creating a lightly smoked crust on the outside.
The lava grill cooks the meat over direct heat using volcanic stones. As the natural juices drip onto the hot stones during grilling, they release rich aromas that add even more depth of flavour to every cut.
